Windows 10: Windows 11, version 24H2 x64 2024-10B not showing required on all machines

We have ~7700 machines 1131 W10 22H2, 163 W11 21H2, 6222 W11 22H2 & 139 W11 23H2 but only 2,034 devices are showing Required for needing Windows 11, version 24H2 x64 2024-10B 304 W10 22H2, 82 W11 21H2, 1574 W11 22H2 & 74 W11 23H2. Why are all of the machines not showing as Required, or maybe I should ask why is 66% of the machines showing a Compliant and not needed it? This is all being done via MECM console Console version: 5.2309.1113.1900, Windows Servicing > All Windows Feature Updates.

It will be released in Retail around September or October. In case you want to test it now, sign in to WIP and choose Release preview channel.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?
