    Windows 11 Video Loading Issue

Since I updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11 I have been having this issue. The problem happens whenever I pause a video I am watching. If I wait more than maybe 10 seconds and hit play again the video itself will play without any audio for a period, then the video pauses and the audio catches up and then they both play together. Alternatively, sometimes when I hit play after pausing, the video will instead just take about 10 seconds to play again with both video and audio matching up right away but taking much longer than it should or used to on Windows 10. For my school I watch ALOT of vide

    :)
