Windows 10: Windows 11 Virus & Protection Page Not Found Contact your IT Admin

Hi all, i am having trouble running a virus scan, my virus and protection is unable to launch. I have recently gotten a lenovo ideapad gaming laptop, running windows 11 pro and ever since i can not launch virus and protection. I have followed the below steps, however i am still stuck with the same issue, Run SFC and DISMRepair & Reset Windows SecurityRestart Windows Security Service unable to restart, option is greyed outCheck your Date and Time settingsTurn on Virus and threat protection settings unable to as it isnt in windows security panel Turn on Real-time protection same issu

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.
