Windows 10: Windows 11 Virus Scan consistently finds 1 virus that it clears but does not identify what...

This phenomenon has gone on for years now. I have lived with it and I see there is another thread going back to 2021, same symptoms in Windows 10. Just raising this issue again to see if anybody else is experiencing it and if there is a reasonable solution.Past advice from so- MS Experts call for checking history, but users like me clearly point out initially and time and again history reflects nothing about what was treated and removed. Here it is 2023, and the issue is still around. Experts also called for reinstalling Windows. Even doing so, results in same result - a Virus Scan finds 1 v

Yes that's exactly what I have. If you notice there is an uninstall option next to organize if you scroll to other updates ie. office, but it will disappear once you scroll to the latest updates.

My N73 Music Edition phone becoms very slow, to open addres book or SMS or to delete any SMS it takes long time. I think it have some virus.

3. While scanning virus & to protect phone book & SMS or songs, what are the steps to follows ???
