Windows 10: Windows 11 - Voice Typing - Annoying message

I am using Windows 11 voice typing in a word processor called Scrivener. IT WORKS GREAT.However, Windows 11 keeps popping up this message: "typing functionality is limited on this app." Limited or not, I don't care since it works great. The message always popping up is sabotaging my user experience.Question: How can I PERMANENTLY turn off this annoying recurring Windows 11 message when I use Voice typing????

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

  Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Click on voices
  
• 
  And select find other voices that work with Narrator.

Audio voice message "Network connection failure"

Each time I boot Win 10 or wake it up from sleep an annoying voice message is heard saying "Network connection failure." It's a female voice with a British accent. This is followed by the same voice saying "Internet connection established."

How do I get rid of this?

I thought it may have come from Skype, but Task Manager does not show Skype running nor is it in the Start up list?

Please tell me how to determine which program is generating this annoying voice.
