Windows 10: Windows 11 wallpaper looks weird

Wallpaper:Zoomed in:If you look closely, it looks like the colors of some of the pixels are wrong, and it doesn't look smooth.I tried changing the wallpaper but it does that to all of them.

Windows 11 Dynamic wallpaper is not switching images

I had the same issue, tried these suggested solutions and didn't work for me But today i opened my laptop and i see that wallpaper changed, weird. Want to note that on lock screen switching images worked.
