Windows 10: Windows 11 WatchDog Error. Help reading dump file please.

Hello,I have had multiple issues with my windows 11 PC. I have tried updating every driver I can think of, following any advice that I could read online and so far, nothing. My PC will crash randomly with a watchdog violation. Sometimes I'm on eBay, sometimes its literally doing nothing then crashes. It could be once in 24hrs or 5 times in 2hrs. There does not seem to be any trend or common theme.I have noticed that my Realtek driver keeps uninstalling itself.I have downloaded ALL updates from Lenovo, Intel, NVIDIA and anything else I could think of. WATCHDOG VIOLATION and the related dump file

I have the DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION with blue screen when I use word.

My computer is surface book 2, windows 10 pro version 1909. Intel i7.

I made the DUMP file as suggested in the forum, and the DUMP file is in the following address:
