Windows 10: Windows 11 webcam not working ?

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the built-in webcam on my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2xxx model 3E3R5PA running Windows 11. Initially, the webcam would occasionally fail to function, displaying a "Camera not found" error when attempting to use any application that required camera access. A system restart would temporarily resolve the issue.At my first attempt to solve this, I tried resetting the PC while keeping my data, which allowed me to find the webcam under Device Manager > Camera > HP TrueVision HD Camera. My webcam stopped working in Windows 11. I tried all the fixes I could find with no luck. Any suggestions
