Windows 10: Windows 11 - Webcams not showing video

Hello,All of a sudden my Windows 11 webcams don't seem to work and don't show video. I had a logitech c920, and I was trying to use zoom and it wouldn't turn on the camera. Went into logitech capture and the camera wouldn't turn on. Thought the camera was broken, and spent $200 on a logitech brio. Same problem, not working, although, the camera does come on one the default view of brio. That's it. Does not work in any other situation. In Windows hello, the camera is detected, and starts the process with the IR blaster going through rapid red blinks. However the camera never turns on. I've rein

Webcam had disappeared

The webcam may have stopped working due to hardware failure, or a loose cable that connects it to the device’s motherboard. We suggest that you try to show hidden devices in
Device Manager by following these steps:

• Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager.
• Click on the View tab and select Show hidden devices.
  

If you are seeing the webcam drivers, uninstall them. Then restart your device to check if Windows will be able to recognize the webcam and will install the drivers.

webcam records audio but no video

The webcam's functionality may be affected by the settings of the application you're using. The webcam's settings and the application settings can collide. We'd like to ask a few questions to help us identify why there's no video output:
