Windows 10: Windows 11 - When updating to 24H2 version, Asus Zenbook won't start. Asus Loading logo...

When updating my ASUS Zenbook UM431D device to Windows 11 24H2, after reboot, device won't start again. It freezes in the black screen with Asus logo and shows the loader and it will never advance. The only way to solve this is going into Troubleshoot and uninstalling the last update.If it's useful, I can leave my laptop specs right here:Thanks!

Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

Hi,

I have a ASUS Zenbook laptop which recently received a windows update.

Ever since the update - the laptop would not start up and it would just go in a loop

"Attempting to recover installation.." "Undoing changes made to your computer...". and then restart (this cycle would just keep repeating)

I took it to IT and they tried to get into Recovery mode by keeping the power button pressed firmly during this loop and also pressing the "ESC F1 F2 F3". After doing this multiple times

Now the machine just shows the ASUS logo and doesn't even try to boot up.

I need to get my laptop up and running - is that even possible at this point? Can you please suggest steps to troubleshoot / recover from this situation?

Asus Zenbook stuck on Asus logo

I am unable to enter BIOS configuration itself - since nothing loads up after the ASUS logo.

I checked this link ; [Windows 11/10] How to Enter the BIOS Configuration Screen | Official Support | ASUS Global - it says keep F2 Pressed till the BIOS screen shows up.

But nothing happened for - I am still stuck at the ASUS logo screen.

Asus Zenbook UX535 Audio not working after Windows 11 update

Hello, I have the same problem Redirecting (I tried all the steps with Microsoft's support. They decided to restore the system, the same solution ASUS gave me. But the problem is still there with each update).

After the Windows 11 update, I had to restore the computer as if it were new. I've already done it twice; this time I've resolved to freeze Windows updates, but it can't be done indefinitely. I have an ASUS UX 535 LI ZenBook Pro 15 and according to ASUS the drivers are the latest, but in the end, it's always the same. I have to restore the system because the audio and Bluetooth stopped working. I have already told both ASUS and Microsoft that all issues were generated with this specific update: 2022-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5018427).

ASUS says they have no reports of any bugs, and Microsoft says that ASUS must be informed; the point is that the users who buy the computers are in the middle. Please, I would be glad if someone has the solution before the end of the month, I have to update the computer.
