Hello, 6 months ago, I bought a new Lenovo laptop which arrived with Windows 11 Home. Right on the first day, I used it, it seemed that the playing videos on the web were getting stuck every few seconds, each time for a short second only. For example, for a video of 5 minutes, I will have that issue about 10 to 15 times, which is extremely annoying. This problem exists on all browsers including Edge. It exists also on some apps such as Telegram.I have to say that video on Windows Media Player does NOT have this issue. A week after I installed Windows 11 Professional I didn't purchase it to f

Please assist me with the following information related to this issue:

• Which web browser are you using to watch online videos?
• Do you receive any error message?
• What is the make and model of the computer?

If you are using Internet Explorer to watch online videos, I suggest you to
follow the steps mentioned in the following link and check:Why won't videos play in Internet Explorer?

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
