  1. Windows 11 Wi-Fi Adapter Not Showing

So my network symbol didn't pop up like usual and it was working earlier that day, so i tried checking to see if it was turned off but it wasn't cause it wasn't showing in network adapters and all that's showing is my Lan cable connectionI use my wireless Wi-Fi incase of situations. And i tried using network reset but nothing changed, i updated anything i could but still it wouldn't pop up.

  2. Wi-Fi Option Not Showing in Windows 11

    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Windows 11 device where the Wi-Fi option is not appearing. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, but none have resolved the problem. Could anyone please provide guidance or suggest potential solutions? Here are the steps I have taken so far:

    1. Restarted my computer.
    2. Checked for Windows updates and installed any available updates.
    3. Verified that the Wi-Fi adapter is enabled in Device Manager.
    4. Ran the network troubleshooter.
Despite these efforts, the Wi-Fi option is still missing from the network settings.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    USB Wi-Fi Adapter Disabling

Is it on Windows 8's compatibility list (check MS website- forgot link)?

I had an issue with one Wi-fi adapter and it wasn't listed as compatible- All was well when I swapped it out with one on the compatibility list

Windows 11 Wi-Fi Adapter Not Showing

    Virtual Wi-fi Adapter

Hi, I'm using my laptop as a second screen for my desktop. (by pressing win + p) For some reason, this feature is only available in Windows if your desktop has a wi-fi adapter. Funny thing is, that after I connect to my laptop with wi-fi, I can remove the adapter and it still works. I just managed to brake my adapter, so I was thinking if I can create a virtual wi-fi adapter somehow just to enable this option. Any suggestions?
