    Windows 11 Widgets - how can you enable the service but only have the weather widget?


    I have been going through and blocking all the news feeds which are on by default in windows 11 widgets. All I want is the weather to show. Any thoughts?

    Hello Mical, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I'm sorry the suggestions didn't work;

    In that case, I recommend accessing WIdgets;

    Disable all Widgets and leave only Weather enabled;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Personalization;

    Click on Taskbars;

    Disable and enable Widgets;

    Verify that the icon now appears on the taskbar;

    Foreca Weather Widget

    Yeah I know this Windows 11 Widgets - how can you enable the service but only have the weather widget? :) obviously I have to add widget not shortcut but I can not see Foreca Weather in the widget list, it just shown in the shortcuts list.

    Windows 11 taskbar weather widget not showing on build 22000.527

    I got it to work - I had "Task View" turned off on toolbar. I turned it on, and then the widget icon moved to the far left. I turned "Task View" off again and the widget icon remained, but it still did not show the weather. I then turned weather widget off and back on and now it works.
