Windows 10: Windows 11 will not allow a cookie permission popup on my bank's website.

I have a new laptop with Windows 11 24H2.I have accounts with four different UK banks. Three of them are working fine and display cookie permission pop ups. One of them Tescobank will not display the associated pop up and so prevents access, making the screen grey and unresponsive *picThe popup flashes on screen for split second or so. The choices appear to be "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Manage" cookiesI have deleted the cookie data for the offending website, I have added the url to the 'Allow' list in as many permissions boxes I can find in the Edge 'settings' menu. Internet Explorer provides many different ways to control the cookies that are stored on your computer. You can block or allow cookies or you can choose the specific sites that you'll accept cookies from. When you make these sorts of changes, the cookies
that are already stored on your computer will not be affected. For that reason, you might want to delete the cookies already stored on your computer before following the steps below:
