Windows 10: Windows 11 will not install on new ssd

My pc will no longer boot. My windows 11 usb failed to repair it so I’m trying to install windows 11 on a new drive I just added but it says my pc can’t run windows 11 because it doesn’t meet the requirements. I was running windows 11 before though so I know it does. Is it not recognizing the new drive or something?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

How do Install Windows 11 on a replacement SSD for my PC

For a better, fast booting experience, do a clean installation of windows 11 on the New SSD, after removing the old SSD.

Make a list of software that need to be installed before installing Windows.

hello, im using window 11 but when i install new ssd, window can't boot with error " an operating system wasn't found. all of my disk are list in bios, i try chosse disk with window to boot but it doesn't work. but when i remove new ssd, everything work fine. already try with window 10 and it work too so i think it's win 11 problem. can u guy help me pls.
