Windows 10: Windows 11 will not launch after update on Jan-29-2025

After the latest update, my Dell laptop asks "Choose your keyboard layout" and I respond US. It then goes to a blue screen with two options: Troubleshoot or Turn off your PC. Here are the responses I receive under Troubleshoot:Startup Repair - "Startup repair couldn't repair your PC." Options are to shut down or go to advanced options, which returns me to the Troubleshoot screen.Command Prompt - Takes me to the command prompt at X:\Windows\System32 but I don't know what to do from there.Uninstall Updates - Uninstall lates quality updates returns me to the blue Troubleshoot screen; Uninstall la

Your first answer would be to stop shouting in our ears.

The second one would be to not get too excited, Windows 11 just got launched so there is no way it's gonna launch in 2025.

The third would be that Windows 10 is going out of support in 2025.

Fourth is that Microsoft hasn't decided on Windows 12. All info shown in the internet saying that it's launched or it's about to be launched is wrong and should be denied.

The Users list compared to the Profile list you posted earlier tell me there is not an issue with Users (a known issue where there is a profile in the list, but not actual User folder).

The error code suggests corruption in the CBS manifest:

No? Activate Windows 10

Launch Command Prompt (Admin)
enter the following line
reg query HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /s
If DisableWindowsUpdateAccess REG_DWORD 0x1

launch regedit
navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
change the value of DisableWindowsUpdateAccess to 0
exit regedit
exit Command Prompt

Are you able to follow them?
