Windows 10: windows 11 will not open

Discus and support windows 11 will not open in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; windows 11 will not open. In cannot enter my password because it says there is a problem with it.     windows 11 will not open. In cannot enter my password because it says there is a problem with it. I have tried to start/stop twice and third start does not open in safe mode. I am unable to get past the scree asking for my password
