Windows 10: Windows 11 Will Refuse to connect to XboxOne as a Wireless Display

I am running Windows 11 22H2 and am attempting to use my XboxONE S as a wireless display to stream my screen to my Xbox, however when I attempt to do so my screen on my laptop will flash black and refuse to connect, any idea on how to fix this issue would be very much apparatedI receive no error message, I have tried restarting both my laptop and Xbox and forgetting the device on each. but all I get is the same result of a black flash on the screen and a unsuccessful connection.

Windows Wireless Display Adapter-not connecting anymore

Did you notice any changes on your PC prior to the issue? I suggest that you follow the steps outlined in this support article:
Troubleshooting Wireless Display Adapters.

Since updating drivers did not work, in addition, you can try to reset the Wireless Adapter.

1. On the adapter, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
2. When the message " Ready to connect "shows, open the
   Action Center.
3. Select Connect, and in the list of displays, select
   Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter.
