Windows 10: Windows 11 Windows security open blank

Windows 11 windows security opens blank. Updated from Windows 10 through windows update, everything works but windows security. I tried Repairing, Resetting, Reinstalling the Security App via Admin Windows Terminal and Redeploying Every Native Windows App. Nothing seems to work. Any other ideas I can try?Gerry

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
