Windows 10: Windows 11 - Windows Security Protection History not showing full scan results

I'm running Windows 11 on an IBM T14s / i7-1185G7. The laptop is fairly new and doesn't have much installed on it. Three times, I've done the following:Navigated to Virus & Threat ProtectionClicked on "Scan Options" under "Current Threats"Selected "Microsoft Defender Antivirus offline scan"Each time, it reboots, asks for my bitlocker key, and runs a full scan. At around 95% complete, it stops and appears to complete. Something appears to flash very quickly on the screen, or not.. we're talking milliseconds, and the computer restarts.At this point, I navigate back to Virus & Threat

Clear Windows Security Center (Defender) Protection History

Did not work for me. After going through all steps I still have protection history full

 

Windows 11 scan found one threat in virus and threat protection, but nothing showed up in protection history?

What I meant was that nothing shows up in protection history even after doing a virus scan in Windows 11 virus and threat protection?

 

I run Microsoft Defender Offline Scan on Windows 11, but there are no results. Why?

When your computer is infected with rootkits or other extremely persistent malware, Windows Security (formerly known as Windows Defender Security Center in earlier versions of Windows) will alert you and suggest using Microsoft Defender Offline.

You'll be prompted that you're about to be signed out of Windows. After you are, your PC should restart. Microsoft Defender Offline will load and perform a quick scan of your PC in the recovery environment. When the scan has finished (usually takes about 15 minutes), your PC will automatically restart. If you have the patience, you may see every step that the scanner takes. The status of the scan is reported at the scan's bottom. You'll see that it "completed successfully". You can view information in the Windows Defender history, and if nothing is there, you are safe.

To see the Microsoft Defender Offline scan results:

1. Select Start , and then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection .
   
2. On the Virus & threat protection screen in Windows 10, under Current threats, select Scan options, and then select Protection history (In previous versions of Windows it may say Threat history).
