Windows 10: Windows 11 won't boot normally after hibernating

After hibernating, I wake my Asus FA507RC R7 6800H, 8gb ddr5 up, but something strange: The Asus logo appear on the screen, and the spinner start spinning one second, then the screen black, then the logo and spinner appear again and after spinning 5-7 seconds, I can go to my desktop but nothing remained. I open Firefox and it said something like "the browser did not stop correctly, restore last session?". I think an error occurred at the first spinner, so it cannot boot from hibernating, then the second spinner is when it try to restart.PS: some previous days it worked but after upgrading 8

• When did the issue start?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• Can you tell the current OS Build of your Windows 10 PC? Select the
  Start button, go to
  Settings > System >
  About. Scroll down to Windows specifications to find this information.

To find out if an installed program is possibly causing the unwanted hibernation after boot up, I suggest performing a clean boot. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software

NOTE: Please go to the section:
Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the PC in normal startup after fixing the issue.

thread. He provided steps on how to perform a Startup repair using a Windows 10 installation media.

laptop doesnt boot automatically

This is what happened.

1. Did a repair install and later disabled hibertnate in CMD.
2. Enabled legacy option ROM in BIOS.
3. After a few times startup ( i used the system in such mode for 5 days), changed boot option back to default.
4. Vola!! It boots automatically to win10 without any keypress. Tested it with many starts to confirm the same.
5. Re-enabled hibernate option using CMD and later selected Fast Startup.
6. System booted normally, without the need for any keypress.

I do not know exactly whether such steps resolved the problem or what else happened, hence cannot suggest above steps.

• Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
• In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click
  Run as Administrator.
• When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
• At the command prompt, type powercfg.exe /hibernate off, and then press
  Enter.
• Type exit, and then press Enter to close the Command Prompt window.
  

To make hibernation available:

• Click Start, and then type cmd in the Start Search box.
• In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click
  Run as Administrator.
• When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
• At the command prompt, type powercfg.exe /hibernate on, and then press Enter.
  
• Type exit, and then press Enter to close the Command Prompt window.
