Windows 10: Windows 11 won't install with Windows Update or Installation Assistant

I tried to upgrade my computer to Windows 11 after turning on fTPM in BIOS AMD Cpu. Using Windows Update would not give me the option, so I downloaded the PC Health Checker, which said my computer was ready to upgrade. After downloading and running Windows 11 Installation Assistant, I got to a screen that said I have no idea what hardware it is referring to or if my computer just cannot upgrade of another reason.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows updates won't install!

I tried your advice WileE. Surprisingly, the problem is persisting. *Confused

The only update which installed correctly and automatically is "Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1".

Now I've been trying to install them manually.

What is weird is that as I go along I am realising that not all these updates are good for me!
For example, I get one KBsomething, which when I check it out see that it is for IE7 on Vista. And I have XP... *Twitch :twitch: Also, some of the updates there are for server, or for Windows 2000.

Something's really wrong. I shouldn't even be getting the option to install these in Windows Updage... *Oh Well hwell:
