Windows 10: Windows 11 won't restart, while shutting it up and turning it on again does the job just fine

I have a rather peculiar case, which I have never seen happening beforeI have been using windows 11 for quite a while now, and everything works completely fine but restarting the system never works for me. I can turn computer off ether completely via disconnection of the power plug or just via the common "Shut down" function windows has and everything will work just as expected the moment I turn on my PC. But, as soon as I try to use "Restart" for installing an update for example I face the problem that windows is simply not capable of doing it properly. It just won't turn on, saying that

My caps lock won t turn off

I'm typing a letter in word, it was fine then started using all caps it won t turn them the usual way

 

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?
