    Windows 11 wont wake up from sleep after the latest windows 22H2 version update.


    So, it all started after I updated my windows, whenever I allow it to sleep for like something more than 1-2 minutes, it doesn't wakes up when I try to wake it. Usually shows greyish screen with no cursor and sometimes even BSOD I was unable to read the error code because it went too fast... and to fix this I have to hard restart everytime... I've faced similar troubles in windows 10 also nd I don't even what resolved this problem that time. Please help

    ASUS Laptop Won't Wake from Sleep Mode

    OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
    Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
    System Manufacturer ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
    System Model UX490UAR
    System Type x64-based PC
    SMBIOS Version 3.0

    Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.

    Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
    2. Updated all drivers
    3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
    4. BIOS latest version
    5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
    6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

    Windows 11 22H2 update problem

    After updating my Thinkpad laptop with 22H2 a power problem started.

    When the laptop was pluged into the power cord it will go to sleep an wake up 2 or 3 times a minute. When it is unpluged it is normal.

    I went back to the previous version of Windows 11 without 22H2 and everything work fine with the power plug charging. I am going to try to install a clean version of windows 11 and see if that works. Any thoughts?
