  1. Windows 11 won't worl for 15-seconds

I'm having a problem with my Windows 11 computer that I've been having since I got it last June.Several times a day it will sort of freeze up for about 15 seconds. In this time period, I can't start anything new - not even Task Manager with -ctrl-alt-del.However, during that period, I can move the mouse. I can drag windows with the mouse. And if what is in the window is scrolable, I can scroll. When this happens, the blue circle spins for that ~15 seconds, then it goes back to normal. It seems to happen most often just after I exit a program. Can this be fixed?

    :)
