Windows 10: Windows 11 working for a month, then crashed while gaming. Reloaded WIn 11, crashes soon...

I'm running Windows 11 with Asus Z790 E WIFI, Intel I9 13900K, was running great gaming for a month, then crashed. Only boot to BSOD, tried reloading Win 11, after many tries, with many BSODs, finally loaded. Now crashes about a minute after boot. Errors are different everytime. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, 0xc000021a, win32kbase.sys, CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, aswSnx.sys, dxgkrnl.sys, Ndu.sys, SECURE_INTERNAL_ERROR, Ntfs.sys, Has two DDR5 6000mhz cl36, tried one at a time, re-seated CPU. Has ASUS TUF RTX 4080 16gb, crashed with ASUS, same with onboard video. Pleas

Games crashing on Windows 11 but not immediately

Hi,

Recently I built a new PC with Windows 11, I have been gaming on this PC for about 3 months and I had no problems with my games crashing but as of yesterday my games have started crashing in 2 to 30 minutes of me starting up my game.

I'm running Windows 11 22621.2134, 22H2.

When my game crash it doesn't show an error message but the game just closes. I have tried reinstalling the games, update my GPU drivers to the latest version and scan my PC for any corrupt files. Non-gaming applications are not suffering form any crashing issues (e.g. Chrome doesn't crash, neither does Steam or Discord), Windows 11 hasn't produced any info on what might go wrong (that I know of atleast).

The games appear to be running flawlessly until they crash, there's no other signs of system instability or parts performing poorly. I'm not sure what could be causing these problems when gaming and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.

I recently purchased a HP Omen 25L from Curry's PC World.

The very basic specs are:

AMD Ryzen 7 5700G Octa Core

Nvidia RTX 3070

1TB HDD 256GB SSD

16GB RAM

OS- Windows 11

It ran excellently when playing my games for the first day, however, on the second day, I tried to use OBS on GTA 5 so I could stream to some friends. I chose the display settings and the computer then crashed. There was no blue screen or error code. The sound that was last played repeated, and my RBG keyboard and mouse died and the monitor stated "no input". The PC tower lights remained on however it sounds like the graphic card fans turn off. The computer would then turned back on.

I reloaded GTA, assuming that the crash was somewhat normal, and so continued to play again. I then successfully managed to stream however after 10 minutes, the game then crashed again, with the exact same thing happening (repeating sound etc).

I reloaded again, getting slightly worried, and then the game proceeded to crash when it loaded in. I tried other games such as Phasmophobia and War Thunder and the same crash occurred when it loaded in.

At the moment, I have tried MSI Afterburner, and everything seems fine, the GPU didn't seem to be hot when it was playing the games, nor was the case hot nor was it expelling hot air (I was checking temperatures prior to the crash just to see its performance).

I've tried installing new drivers through Nvidia and through Windows settings, and updated new Windows updates, I've removed any apps or software that could interfere with other applications and I removed OBS fully. I've tried other solutions suggested on Google, such as changing RAM limits etc, and none seem successful and I've even gotten to the point where I executed a full reset of the PC. Nothing works.

I am confused and out of options. I am convinced that it isn't a hardware issue, and that it may just be the OS, as it seems that its not very gamer friendly currently.

I was considering downgrading the OS back to Windows 10, as it may just be Windows 11 messing things up, and if it doesn't work it allows me to narrow the issue down to hardware, however that is my final-final option, as there may be a other solution, and also I am afraid that it may void my return policies should it be tampered with.

Does anyone here have any other ideas or suggestions for me?

I am a tester of windows 11. As soon as version 11 came out, I upgraded from version 10 to version 11. And such problems began. In windows 10 version I didn't experience such issues with the game crashing. All other games work stably and I do not experience any problems. If you solve my problem I will be grateful to you.
