Windows 10: Windows 11 Your IT administrator has limited access to my windows defender

Hello.After fully reinstalling my windows 11 pro , I'm unable to use my windwos defender after uninstalling preinstalled MCaffe.I tried to use that link https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/your-it-administrator-has-limited-access/0074d126-791a-4936-a845-f84da2449c34but i'm unable to make it work . During the installation i sign with my microsoft account , and in that article i read that i need to delete it but i'm unable. I do not have a work acount only and email which i had sign it as a default. I tried to delete the registry keys but it didn't work. Maybe i did something w

I can't use any security function with window defender ( ex. scan folder with window defender, scan drive )

and now I want to use the function " controlled folder access " but show Page not available IT Administrator limited access same.

I use private network and my notebook. There is no admin at all. Why IT Administrator limited access me ?

And my window notification to encryption drive. Is this related?

Hi, to get straight to the point:

I just did a factory reset on my laptop and now I'm getting the "Your IT Administrator has Limited Access (...)" on Windows Defender.

I'm using Windows 11 home and I've never had that happen before. I tried a lot of tutorials from this website and other websites and nothing worked. I'm not in any organizations.

I don't know what to do, please help, thank you
