    I have a Dell Inspiron 3650. My CPU is an IntelR CoreTM i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.41 GHz. It is listed on certified CPUs as capable of installing Windows 11. When I run PC Health and run the eligibility test everything passes except the CPU. BIOS is the most current version...any ideas?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
