Windows 10: windows 11

hi my name is iyanso,after an update my pc got booted up and after the login screen my pc is with a black screen with cursorbut i just waited to load the desktop but it didnt and after 1 hour of waiting it finally loaded the desktop but with windows 10 taskbar i tried to click the start menu icon it didnt responded i even try clicking the windows key too but it didnt work and when i tried to boot to safe mode it just try to get into the startup option with a blue background but it didnt go to the menu it just said "wait till we install a system update" so please help me

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
