Windows 10: Windows 11

Absolute worst mistake ever to download it - nothing works after. I have 3 printers, 3 scanners - NOT ONE SCANNER works after downloading.Don't waste your money or time. It makes me sorry I ever purchased the Surface.if anyone has any ideas how to fix the problem that all printers and scanner that say ready, say the drivers are current and the printers print but the scanner function which worked perfectly fine before no longer works at all.and what the H is with the arrow buttons scrolling uncontrollably so you can't even use?I work remote, heavy heavy word user , on my computer 10+ hours a

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
