Windows 10: Windows 11

Have a Lenovo Yoga 720 13" Microsoft says not eligible for Windows 11 update because of processor. I have intel i5 7200u @ 2.50ghz and I looked on Microsoft's website for compatible processors and mine is listed as compatible. Do not know what to do.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
