Windows 10: windows 11

I have Windows 11 today when I try to connect my Bluetooth it is not working. I have a Bluetooth mouse and its on. I checked on settings and there is no option to turn on Bluetooth. I went to services and the Bluetooth is running. I restarted the services and it is still the same.I check on my camera and it is not working as well. I need Bluetooth and camera for my work and I need this now. I checked on the Windows update and Im updated. Restarted multiple time and still the same. Kindly help.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
