Windows 10: windows 11

Update is not coming to my PC at all. I have Windows 11 and all it says its up to date. I havent update my Windows 2 months now and it is still says up to date. I know there is maintenance update every month whatever you call it and I dont have it. Im afraid my PC will slow or will be affected by virus since it is not updated.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
