Windows 10: windows 11

I HAVE JUST PURCHASED A HP PAVILION ALL IN ONE COMPUTER WINDOWS 11 PRE-INSTALLED.DONE A COMPLETE WINDOWS UPDATE.ADDED NORTON ANTI VIRUSADDED ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUDI HAVE 2 PROBLEMS.FIRST THE COMPUTER WILL NOT GO TO SLEEP OR HIBERNATE.I HAVE TRIED TROUBLESHOOTING FROM THIS FORUM AND HP WEBSITE.NO SUCCESS.SECONDLY I CANNOT GET THE CAMERA TO WORK.DONE THE SAME TROUBLESHOT USING GUIDANCE FROM THIS FORUM AND HP WEBSITE.NO SUCCESS.CAN ANYONE HELP.THERE IS NO UNINSTALL TOOL FOR WINDOWS 11 CREATIVE CLOUD.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
