Windows 10: Windows 11's Augest update bricked my PC, autorepair doesnt work.

Hi, So i updated my pc about three hours ago, did the update and shut down option before going about my activities. When I booted it back up I was greeted with an extremely long boot up time, followed by a desktop with no start menu, taskbar, or anything other than bad directories for my steam games and adobe suite. I rebooted, the taslbar returned but nothing could open, citing a corrupted file or something similar, idr.I rebooted again, and now it refuses to boot into th OS. It says its encountering a bad directory issue, tried running autorepair and it cant fix itself. After exhausing every

Windows 10 update bricked my pc

Since the last windows patch, every time i download it and update it and restart my pc it bricks my pc and the update doesnt go through. i already reset my pc twice and wiped everything and did a complete reboot; everything worked fine in the beginning until
i dowloaded the lates updates after rebooting and upon restart it bricks the pc again and doesnt install the updates. Please help!!!

GPU: GTX1080ti Asus Rog Strix

CPU: i7 6900K Intel

Rams: 16gb

Hard drives: 2x SSD at 960gb each.

OS type: windows 10 Pro

Current build: 1803 (OS Build 17134.112)

Motherboard: MSI X99A Titanium

After downloading the latest updates, it asks me to restart my pc. After i restart my pc gets stuck in the MSI motherboard loading screen with a circle that keeps endlessly turning, my mouse and keyboard do not light up and it stays like this until i reboot
from a usb..
