Windows 10: Windows 1607 not updating

I have had a long lasting issue with being unable to update my windows after patch 1607, I have read the forums and tried to do it myself, as well as working with a remote Microsoft employee but my issue is still not resolved. I can no longer handle the gpu requirements to work from home due to the drivers not being installed. I would like some help remotely installing the necessary comments of windows so that i can update to the latest version.

Windows 10 1607 to 1703 Creators update fails with 0xC1900101 - 0x30018

Hi,

Normally, we suggest reverting back to the previous Windows update which is 1607. To do that, follow the steps below.

• Open Settings window.
• Click Update and Security, Recovery.
• Select Get Started, under Go back.

This is only a workaround that should work on your end.

Unable to update Window 10 Pro version 1607 to version 1709

Have made several attempts to update Windows 10 version 1607 to the latest version 1709 and have not been successful.

I've done the following per some suggestions found online:

• Updated drivers
• Ran the Trouble Shooter for Windows 10 (Errors found were shown to be "Fixed" per the tool)
• Unplugged the printer
• Ran the DISM.exe

Although not at every attempt, I have received the following errors:

• 0xc1900101 - 0x30018
• 0x900704c7

Can someone please advise me as to what the errors are and provide me with the steps to update Windows.
