    So I rolled back from 1903 because I was having bug issues with my network disconnecting and reconnecting. Then issues with windows updates taking decades to install. I went back to 1803 and now having issues where my CPU performance for any game I play is being utilized on one core, I am aware that games don't use up all cores but its quite strange that I've never ran into that issue before when I used to only use version 1803. I read up on rolling back again to 1709 but my computer is not giving me that option. Is there any idea what can be the CPU bottle neck issue I'm experiencing???

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
