Windows 10: Windows 1903 update now having BSOD with APC index mismatch error

Hello,


Kinda desperate here for some real advice. I recently updated my computer/windows to the new 1903 update as windows was urging me to. The day after my computer began crashing with BSOD and giving me APC index mismatch error. The computer will boot and run, but the amount of time that it stays running is variable.


I have tried calling Microsoft support, but they are unreliable and do not call back and have not been helpful whatsoever, so here I am asking for help from someone who might know how to fix this.


So far I have disabled HD realtek audio - didnt work

uninstalled and reinstalled nvidia graphics drivers - didnt work

removed the over clocking on my computer - didnt work


I've been reading that sometimes display link is the issue? I have a 2 monitor setup... not sure if this is an actual issue.

I also run avast and have read that some antivirus softwares might cause issues.


Anyways, if you have more questions, please ask. I open to literally any advice as my computer is just about useless.

Windows 10 BSOD restarting : APC Index Mismatch

I have purchased a new HP Laptop. After various Windows 10 updates, it began rebooting at startup several times with BSOD error: APC Index Mismatch.

Currently running SUPERAntiSpyware, CCleaner, & Malwarebytes.

I got a blue screen telling me I had an error and it was gathering information and would restart. The problem was APC Index Mismatch. I've gotten this 3-4 times before. How do I fix this? I'm on Windows 10.
