Windows 10: Windows 2004 blue screen and freezing on boot

Windows update said that the 2004 update is ready. I installed it and it booted fine after that. Now when I boot it gives me a bsod system thread exception not handled. I can get past this by turning off secure boot, but now about 15 seconds after logging into windows my system dies. Screen goes black, keyboard goes dead. It reboots and tells me windows didn’t start correctly. This is the second time I’ve tried installing 2004 with the same issue.

I have a Ryzen 3900x, 2080ti, and an ASUS x570 VIII crosshair formula
