Windows 10: Windows 2004 update, start menu opening animation at like 20 fps?

I've got a 3800x and 2080ti, but whenever I open the start menu it stutters all to hell. If I open it 5x really fast it seems to fix itself for a bit, but then the next time I use the compter I'm right back to super framey. It's jarring.

Start Menu is laggy and choppy when multiple windows are opened in the Creators Update

I recently updated to the Creators Update. There is a noticeable lag in the Start Menu when multiple app/program windows are opened. The Start opening animation becomes choppy, same for scrolling in the app list or through the pinned apps. Same goes for
the Action Center animation, or when clicking on the time and date in the taskbar. When I minimize/close all windows, the Start menu is back to being smooth and responsive. Basically all animations are smooth again. But only when all windows are closed/minimized.

I noticed the lag in the menu becomes even worse if there's moving content in some of the opened windows, like a video playing.

This didn't happen in the previous Anniversary update.

What could it be?

N95 animated menu like N78

Hello! I m new here and my english is bad!

I m disapointed with N95 new firmware, its not support animated menu like N78! On the N78 menu its more animated! On the N95 it has only animated icons but on the N78 is much more animated!

In new firmware N95 v30 need to put it that menu style because n95 its supported this feature!

Please new update or this menu style in the sis file
