Windows 10: Windows 2012 r2 server is failing to connect with api hosted in docker ee

recently we upgraded our api from open shift to docker ee,We have a website using .net framework 4.6.1, iis 8.5 and windows server 2012 r2The connection to docker EE api is failing after the upgrade, the same works fine in windows server 2016,We are getting below error, when we request the url The request was aborted; we could not create an SSL/TLS Secure channel In event logger under system we get he following errors - A fatal error was received from the remote end point the TLS Protocol defined fatal alert code is 40 - A fatal error was generated and send to the remote endpoint.

I want to avoid formatting/fresh Windows install because there are some software in the server that we do not know how to backup. We just want to get it activated now, backup will be sorted out later.

 

Win10 Pro - Hyper-V hosting a Server 2012 R2 Server + Gaming on Host?

Hi,

I run a home server for Hosting file shares, a Plex server, an LMS Squeezebox server, and Ubiquiti management server. The hardware is about 8 years old and I`m looking to upgrade.

One thing I would like to do is some VR gaming (Elite Dangerous specifically) and I`m thinking about leveraging the new hardware to host the server in a Hyper-V VM on the Windows 10 Pro machine, and then install Elite Dangerous on the host operating system for some VR gaming action.

As the 2012 R2 server hosts a number of essential services for the home, it needs to be running reliably 24/7, even when Im gaming on the host (which will be infrequently). The services running on the 2012 server take very little resources.

My question is - assuming I spec a good multi-core system, with plenty of RAM and a fast SSD for the OS - are there any issues with the approach I`m suggesting?

Would VR gaming work reliably in this configuration?

 

Integration Runtime Registration Error: Failed to Connect to eu.frontend.clouddatahub.net (Windows 2012 R2 Only?)

About a week ago, all of our Windows 2012 R2 servers' integration runtimes stopped connecting. Attempts to uninstall and reinstall with a newer (and older) version all fail to connect at registration. Spinning up a base install of 2012 R2 (with the latest
Windows updates) and installing integration runtime allows registration, so it's something that must have changed with my 2012 R2 Servers. Firewalls are disabled, all Windows updates are applied, nothing weird with DNS, proxies, or network adapters going on.
It looks like the outbound call is being rejected. Any ideas or suggestions of things to try or check are appreciated.
