Windows 10: windows 20h2 game stuttering still version

Hello, i tried installing the feature update 20h2, a few months back, only to discover it caused massive performance issues with any game i tried to open so i had to roll back to version 1909 as i was never prompted to allow 2004 to install. yesterday i was forced to update to 20h2 again only to find out the same issue i had before with games massively stuttering still exists. i've searched everywhere i could find online, and saw that updates KB5000842/KB5001337/KB5001330 were to blame, problem is however i cannot access/don't know where else to access these updates to uninstall besides

Windows 10 version 20H2

I down loaded windows 10 version 20H2 and now many games I play on FB are VERY slow. The games worked ok on version 2004. Question if I down load version 2004 will it override version 20H2, or do I need to remove version 20H2 prior to downloading version
2004?

Windows 10 version 20H2

The computer in question had Windows 7 on it and there was not an option to uninstall the 20H2 update. So I have reverted back to Windows 7. Is there a way to download and install Windows 10 version 2004? The games will work on that version but not the
20H2 version.
