Windows 10: Windows 21H2 sound problem

I downloaded the update, 2 days later Windows froze for a while and then this distorted sound or shhhhh shush sound appeared and I can't get it to work although I can hear all other sounds normally. removing drivers won't make it work and both cable and bluetooth and headphones sound the same, but my laptop's speakers work fine. I spoke to support after basic troubleshooting, they told me it's a bug and today's update will fix it, but it didn't. Tried everything, sound settings, drivers, Windows updates, nothing worked Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Sound problem

Hi,

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Playing Audio under Sound.
• Follow the steps that will be provided.

If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.
