Windows 10: windows 7 enterprise upgrade 10 Win 11 pro

Hi, I inherited a Windows 7 laptop with no access to it's admin password. I need to update it to Win 11 pro. I'd like to get an OEM disk and do an entire upgrade from the disk. What's the best way forward? I can boot from DVD that's why I want an OEM disk.

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.

 

Purchase of win 11 pro upgrades device to windows 11 enterprise

I upgraded from win 10 home on my Surface 4 to win 11 home. Then purchased the win 11 pro from the app store. However, now windows thinks that I am running Windows 11 Enterprise with an invalid license and I cannot activate it. How can I activate Windows 11 Pro, the version I purchased.

as i know win 7 pro need upgrade to win 10 pro first and then upgrade to windows 10 ent, i dont know if VLSC provided the windows 10 pro software to let me upgrade to win 10 ent
