    Windows 7 failed upgrade


    Windows 7 Home Premium edition SP1.Patch KB3035583 installed.
    I receive several times a day upgrade to Windows 10 Home and every time it's failed.
    I deleted everything in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder but can't run the command prompt as an administrator.I can just see "C:/Users/...."and no right click option or any options.I also tried Start>All programs>Accessories> right click on Command Prompt and again in the drop list there is no "run as administrator" option.I am very frustrated.Any sugestion,please?
