Windows 10: Windows 7 Home Basic SP1 update KB4534310 & KB4539601 keep failing with error 80070002....

Whenever, I try to install this Windows Update KB4534310 or KB4539601 no matter times I try to install this update keeps on failing. It gets installed, restarts and shows "configuring updates". Then again restarts & shows "configuring updates", then starts showing "Failure configuring updates, reverting changes"On checking the update history of failed updates, it shows error code 80070002. I checked online and found it means windows update packages are corrupted.I have stopped BITS, Cryptographic & Windows Update Services, cleaned "SoftwareDistribution" then started services, checked/d

Windows update KB4534310 keeps giving error 80073712

I have been abl456e to install every update, except for the kb4534310 update. However, there's also another update that I get the same error with, and that is the kb4539601 update.

 

Cannot Install Windows 10 Error 80070002

I want to install Windows 10 from my Windows 7 Professional SP1. After downloading the 3 GB Installation files, while installing it always get the Error 80070002 message. I already turn delete my windows/softwaredistribution/download files, done the clean
booting, my antivirus and firewall and also follow the steps in this article:

But it keeps on failling. Any suggestions?

A bug was discovered in the "final" Win 7 update
KB4534310

A bug fix update was released for that
KB4539601:

*** Addresses an issue that might cause your wallpaper to display as black when set to
Stretch after installing
KB4534310.

However, KBKB4539601 is very buggy itself. After I installed it, at least 2 of my critical programs would no longer start and run. I uninstalled

KB4539601, and my programs resumed their functionality.

When will another bugfix update be released to correct these new bugs?
