Windows 10: Windows 7 not loading past Windows loading screen

HiMy PC lost power and was forced to close to lack of power.I have attempted to load the computer today and it will not load past the Windows 7 loading screenI can load the computer in safe mode then select, selective start-up with load system services, load start-up items and use original boot config all selected But the system will not load when normal boot mode is selected How do I find out what the problems is ? Tried to system restore in msconfig tool section and says the system restore is not functioning correctly at this time, maybe as I have loaded the system up selective startup ?

I dont have any image before loading windows, only a black screen after loading bios

Try reformatting the drive where you have your Windows 7, and then once you're done reformatting try to reinstall your Windows 7 again.

Okie my pc is as in my spec thingy *Smile it takes at about 10 seconds to get past the windows loading screen and sometimes when i open firefox or someting similar it takes a second or so for the page to open . what could the problem be ? my old pc ( amd x2 4600+ loaded almost twice as fast :x )
