Windows 10: Windows 7 OEM System Builder Pack Repurpose

I have an old IBM T41 Laptop that I want to sell or give away. I installed a Windows 7 OEM System Builder Pack OS Win7 SBP OS on it but want to know if the Win7 SBP OS CD should go with the computer or not either installed on the hard drive or with no hard drive, only the CD goes with the computer. Or does it make sense to reinstall it on a hard drive or not to sell/give away with the computer? Or can the CD be given away as is? I think it has only been downloaded to the T41 computer. If so, can it be used on another computer? Please advise which is the best way to recycle the Win 7 C

I have OEM System Builder Pack , Win. 7 Profesional, now it is upgrade in Win. 10 for last 1 or 2 years.

I need to change my LapTop. Is it possible to use this licence on new Laptop and dismiss on old one ?

You can't transfer an OEM System Builders License; so the answer to your question is NO:

If the Laptop/Computer came with the Windows Operating System preinstalled (Dell, HP, Acer, etc) , that Product Key that came with the Laptop/Computer is for the preinstalled OEM License and is non-transferable.

The OEM License/Product Key (preinstalled Operating Systems on Dell, HP, etc machines) is tied to the first machine it is installed on and dies when that machine dies.

The above rule also applies to OEM System Builders Licenses.

Retail Operating System License, that you buy and install yourself, are allowed to be transferred to another machine.

But Retail Licenses can also only be installed on one machine at any particular time.
