    Windows 7 PC 'Windows Error Recovery' loop


    This machine boots to the 'Windows Error Recovery' screen with the 'Launch Startup Repair and Start Windows Normally options. Whichever is chosen the same screen is returned. I have tried booting into safe mode, last good configuration, and disabling automatic restart, but they have no effect and this same screen is returned. I do not have a Windows 7 install disc and of course this isn't now available from Microsoft. Any help appreciated.
