Windows 10: Windows 7 Pro Bootup Issue around March 2022

Hi, Have a Windows 7 Pro Laptop. On or around March, 8, 2022, It stopped booting up normally and was very slow. Eventually did not boot correctly at all. Just Hung on startup, did not go into OS or desktop. Unit can boot into safe mode. But of course cannot do windows update. Was working fine end of Feb 2022, then 1st or 2nd week of March 2022 problematic. Ran Multiple MS Sec essentials scans and Malwarebytes, as well as MS Malicious software removal tool, and MS Safety Scanner all multiple times. Of recent all came up clear and Free, Initial FULL Sec essentials did find 1 Trojan,

Thanks everyone, much appreciated. Giving this a shot now. I already try converting to GPT once already and it worked, but still only showed 2 TB, however, the steps listed your link Newteki have a few added steps I did not do. Also, I decided to go with Windows 8 Pro since Windows 7 was giving me so much trouble with this issue, yet it still gave me the same problems of only showing 2 TB then a separate 700ish GB drive.
